How long does my order take?
Your items will most commonly be shipped within 5 business days. Shipping will take 3 to 5 days.
How are your shirts made?
We use a process called Direct To Garment (DTG). Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. The inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable!
You may notice some discoloration, stickiness or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle.
What is your return policy?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. Merchandise may be returned if a mistake was made and you were sent the wrong order or if the product was damaged during shipping.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We don't offer a refund on items that you ordered when you were drinking or that you feel meh about once it has arrived (due to sizing, print, etc). Contact us and we can offer a discount on a new order.
